The villa measures 145 square meters and can accommodate up to 8 guests with ease. Apart from the ground floor, there is also a cozy loft, as well as vast open spaces.
When entering the villa, one can find the fully equipped kitchen, perfectly combined with the living room and the dining area. There are three bedrooms in total, two equipped with queen-size beds, and the third with two single ones. One of the bedrooms is a master bedroom, featuring an en-suite bathroom, and there is also an additional bathroom with a shower. The loft features an open-plan space, with a queen-sized bed, an office and a bathroom with a shower.
Stepping outside, the guests will be enchanted by the becalming view of the Ionian Sea, in which they can swim whenever they desire, as the villa is located near it. On the villa grounds there is an outdoor shower, as well as a built BBQ.
